Research interests: (numerical analysis) new models and numerical methods for integro-differential equations; (mathematical modelling) complex viscoelastic flows and anomalous diffusion; (machine learning) combining machine learning and differential equations.

(2019) Ph.D. in Mathematics - University of Chester (UK). The thesis is about the numerical solution of fractional differential equations and their application to physics and engineering.

(2012) Ph.D. in Science and Polymer Engineering - University of Minho (Portugal). The thesis is about the numerical solution of the Navier-Stokes Equations by the Finite Volume Method.
